We aim to deliver all made to measure orders within 4-6 weeks, at peak times and during bank holidays this can be longer, but you will always be notified at the point of order.  All orders are dispatched using a fully traceable courier service and the cost of delivery is included in the final quote for made to order items.  We can deliver to any UK address and are also able to deliver overseas, we will advise any additional costs for overseas postage within our quote.

The Childrens Curtain Company offers a fair policy of accepting returns if you are not happy with your finished order, provided the goods are received back to us within 7 days. Please contact us by email if you wish to make a return, quoting your order number, we can then advise how to return your order to us.  Please note damaged or used goods cannot be returned.

For made to measure curtains and blinds, orders cannot be cancelled once placed and accepted.  If any fabrics are out of stock once we have accepted your order, we will notify you by email or telephone, where an alternative fabric can be selected or the order cancelled. Any cancellations will be given a full refund.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any errors with regards to incorrect measurements and cannot accept returns based on this.  It’s really important to ensure all measurements are correct at the point of order.  We are more than happy to help with any queries you may have with regards to our delivery & returns policy or measuring your windows correctly.  For further information read our How to Measure curtains guide to get you started.
